Flexible Cancellation Policy
A strict cancellation fee will apply to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is made, the following cancellation fees will apply:
7 - To 1 Days before the service date 50 EUR cancellation penalty will apply
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking before the specified time limit. Cancellations should be made before 12:00 O'Clock Destination Time. No refund is possible for cancellations requested after the specified time limit or in case of a no-show.
Note: Service Fees are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To ensure a smooth and transparent booking experience, we have established the following cancellation terms for our Northern Lights tour in Iceland:

Rescheduling: We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you wish to reschedule your tour, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, provided that the rescheduling is requested at least 3 days prior to the original tour date. Rescheduling within less than 3 days of the tour will be subject to the same conditions as late cancellations.
Weather-Dependent Activity: Please note that the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and, therefore, viewing cannot be guaranteed. In case of unfavorable weather conditions or solar activity forecasts predicting a very low chance of Aurora visibility, we may cancel the tour for your convenience. In such instances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour to another date.
