Flexible Cancellation Policy

A strict cancellation fee will apply to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is made, the following cancellation fees will apply:

7 - To 3 Days before the service date No cancellation fee

72 - To 24 Hours before the service date 50% cancellation fee

24 - To 0 Hours before the service date 100% cancellation fee

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking before the specified time limit. Cancellations should be made before 12:00 O'Clock Destination Time. No refund is possible for cancellations requested after the specified time limit or in case of a no-show.

Note: Service Fees are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
